Citrusella had packed up her suitcase and put it in her kart. She came back in to say goodbye, her mom and mun standing behind her.
Carter went first. “I’ll miss you,” he said simply.
Tahlia went next. “Me too. It was nice to have a girl here I could talk to. I hope I get to see you again.” She gave the girl a hug.
"Whoa. Glory, I’ve never heard you talk like that before," Carter said.
"That’s because I don’t like you," she said, glaring at him. "And the name’s Tahlia now. A friend helped me pick it out." She smiled at Citrusella.
"I’m sure you’ll see me again, Tahlia," Citrusella said.
Dr. Mario gave her mother a bottle of red and blue megavitamins coated in a glittery, sugar-free coating before they were on their way back home.
